The I.U.D.M.A. intensive training camp that has brought many from other countries to train in my system have found one of the hardest things
to achieve from the class is the demanding cardio approach that has been added to the class by having a high demand for cardio in the
training. Anyone who attends the classes no first hand that when you complete the classes of our training camps that a new understanding
of knowledge and skill have been achieved. I.U.D.M.A. is an understanding and an evolution that is past on from the O.G.'s
that lived and danced in a timeline that no longer exists and are able to pass on its knowledge to the next generation of street dancers and anyone else willing to take there understanding of street dancing to the next level of intensity.
